- N- [4 ]# {7 e0 G, jContinual management of interfaces to a wide range of stakeholders
$ ~7 X/ U5 k# I/ M6 cProject acquisition in the context of the entire service portfolio of GTS/ G% X' ~/ F. G# ^
Review translation inquiries and prepare cost-covering quotations0 [, M1 P2 ]# X) C9 f5 [# y8 O/ F
Order planning including schedule, quality and cost monitoring, y- w; h9 J& H7 a# s9 o
Order processing in line with internal guidelines / specifications
; h& {5 B4 G8 f4 s- ~8 xOptimization of work processes with the aim of delivering efficient and high-quality results( [: {, D# ^9 F4 X' u w: I. t
Translation, localization and proofreading of technical documentation (Manuals, Online Help, User Interfaces, etc.); good cooperation with external vendors$ ?! y7 Z5 l/ O- k. m) ^( l4 }
Research, define and provide terminology/ K# g( ^' `/ F7 W2 D6 |: c% C& R
Advise customers on a technical and linguistic level

, h1 M; g2 ^% I. ]. r1 UUpdate the reports, and complete other tasks assigned by the superior

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (from a famous university is a plus), successfully completed studies (technical translation, automation engineering related) or comparable training with corresponding job experience3 t" h' d. V+ T/ q; j
Well grounded understanding of basic technical matters of translation (translation memory, content management and workflow systems); at least 2 years’ experience as a technical translator is a must (better in a localization company)
- {/ _# f/ \/ R; `- H/ ?Excellent knowledge of the local Siemens translation market
0 C* b f( _& F- k3 {% LExcellent Chinese and English written and spoken skills; CET-6 or TEM-4 Certificate is a must, TEM-8 Certificate is a plus; Z7 B2 E+ h1 T( _ |
Ability to assert oneself, focus on results and excellent analytical skills as well as a talent for planning and organizing; teamwork spirit and good communication skills5 E: F8 T t+ `% b" y5 d
